VELUX EHF Champions League reaches Last 16 Of the 24 teams that started the race to the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in Cologne, only sixteen teams remain, as the competition reaches the first knock-out stage. All four of last season's VELUX EHF FINAL4 teams, THW Kiel, FC Barcelona Borges,  Renovalia Ciudad Real and Chekhovskie Medvedi are still in contention, but nothing is decided yet with strong competition for a place in the biggest club handball event of the year.
